My situation: 1) not happy with my current work: mainly not satisfied with my pay, company’s culture, and lack of recognition of my work; 2) confused of which direction I should pursue in my career development: I thought transferring from R&D to Mfg or Quality in the med-tech industry is a great choice, but now realized that it’s not the case. I’m not sure what’s the best move in my next job searching.

How Allen have helped me: We’re having weekly calls to discuss various topics on my career development. 1) Guided me on figuring out some key questions for decision making. For example, Is leaving my current job the best solution to address my dissatisfaction?
